Hi, i’m aleisha Davis, MBA known by some as XinMarie!

I obtained my cosmetology license at the end of my senior year in high school (2001).

Leaving the industry after a few short years to pursue other endeavors and higher education including an MBA from Webster University (2016), I returned to the industry in 2017.

I combined my passion for hair, my business education, and a strong desire to leave the corporate environment. I have consistently invested in my business, product knowledge, and education on hair care and coloring.

My clients value my ability to provide a professional salon experience tailored to their specific needs.
